What is the ICCJV?
The ICCJV was founded in Vienna in 2015 as an International Court of Justice. It was defined as atypical and, in 2023, was registered in London under common law jurisdiction as a non-profit, extraterritorial non-governmental organisation (NGO).
In order to be better protected, the ICCJV has been segregated into a Trust of High Humanitarian Purpose called ‘UNIVERSAL COMMON LAW COURT OF JUSTICE VIENNA’ under the jurisdiction of Jersey.
